Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If the size or condition of the property is different from what was described, the final price may be adjusted — we will always talk to you before doing so.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.
Access and safety
Please make sure we have safe access to the areas to be cleaned, and let us know about pets, alarms or fragile items. For exterior services we need access to the outside of the property and a working water spigot.
Satisfaction
If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to fix it at no extra charge.
