Are you insured?
Yes. Wexi Cleaning LLC is a registered Georgia business and our team is insured, so you can have peace of mind while we work in your home.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all the supplies and equipment we need. If you prefer a specific product (for example, for allergies or special surfaces), just let us know and we will use yours.
What is included in a standard cleaning vs. a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning covers dusting, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping and trash. A deep cleaning adds detailed work: inside the oven, microwave and fridge, cabinet fronts, baseboards, door frames, vents, grout and built-up grime.
How does gutter cleaning work?
We remove leaves, pine straw and debris by hand, bag it and take it away, flush the gutters with water and make sure every downspout drains freely. If we see loose brackets or leaks, we let you know.
Do you pressure wash two-story houses?
Yes. For siding we use a soft-wash method with lower pressure and the right cleaning solution, which safely reaches the second story without damaging the surface.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home and the service. A standard cleaning usually takes 2 to 4 hours; deep and move-out cleanings can take longer. We give you an estimate with your quote.
Do you serve areas outside the cities listed?
Possibly. We are based in Lawrenceville and cover metro Atlanta and Gwinnett County. If your city is not listed, call or send us a message and we will let you know right away.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time slot to another client.

Do you offer a discount for recurring service?
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly clients get a lower rate per visit than one-time cleanings, plus priority scheduling.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us access instructions and go about their day. For exterior services we only need access to the outside of the home.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes. We clean small and medium offices and businesses, with flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
